All products purchased on DiscountzPark are covered by a standard **2-year warranty**, provided in accordance with applicable European consumer protection laws. This warranty ensures that your product is free from manufacturing defects and performs as intended under normal use.
1. Scope of the warranty
This warranty covers defects in materials, workmanship, and functionality that appear during normal and intended use of the product.
The warranty includes:
- Manufacturing or assembly defects
- Electrical or mechanical malfunctions
- Premature structural failures not caused by misuse
- Components proven faulty upon arrival
2. What is not covered
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Normal wear and tear from everyday use
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Products with removed, altered, or unreadable serial numbers
- Accidental damage (drops, impact, water exposure unless specified as waterproof)
- Consumable items (e.g., detachable blades, batteries) beyond their expected lifespan
3. Warranty period
The warranty is valid for **24 months** from the date of delivery indicated by the courier’s tracking. Claims made after this period cannot be accepted.
4. How to submit a warranty claim

5. Remedies provided

- A replacement with the same or equivalent model
- A partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the defect
If a replacement is not available due to stock limitations, a refund will be provided instead.
6. Shipping costs
Warranty-related shipping costs are covered by DiscountzPark when the defect is confirmed. If the product is found to be free of manufacturing defects, or the issue results from improper use, the customer may be responsible for shipping charges.
7. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information when submitting a warranty claim
- Returning the product in safe and protective packaging
- Ensuring the product is clean and free of hazardous residues
8. Legal rights
This warranty operates alongside your statutory consumer rights under applicable laws in your country. Nothing in this policy restricts or replaces those rights.
