Return Policy
At DiscountzPark, customer satisfaction comes first. If an item does not meet expectations, this Return Policy explains when and how a product can be returned and how refunds are processed. The conditions below apply to all purchases made on discountzpark.com.
1. Return period
Products can be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery shown on the carrier’s tracking. After this period, we are unable to accept a return or issue a refund, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
2. Conditions for an eligible return
To qualify for a return and refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The product is returned within the 30-day period.
- The item is unused or has been used only for normal testing, without signs of misuse or damage.
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals and extras received with the product are included.
- The product is clean and in a condition that allows it to be resold.
If the returned product does not meet these conditions, a partial refund may be issued or the return may be refused and the item sent back to you.
3. Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they are defective on arrival:
- Personal care items that come into direct contact with the body.
- Products that have been clearly used, modified or damaged by the customer.
- Items returned without essential components or accessories.
- Gift cards, vouchers or promotional codes.
If a non-returnable item arrives damaged or faulty, please follow the steps in the “Damaged, faulty or wrong item” section below.
4. How to start a return
To request a return, please follow these steps:

- Include your full name, order number, the product you wish to return and a short explanation of the reason for the return.
- In case of a damaged, defective or incorrect item, attach clear photos of the product and the packaging so that our team can assess the issue quickly.
- Our team will confirm whether the return is approved and will provide detailed packing and shipping instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization or without a clearly visible order number on the parcel may be delayed in processing.
5. Return shipping costs
When a product is returned because it is damaged, defective, or not the item ordered, DiscountzPark covers the cost of return shipping. In all other cases (for example, change of mind, wrong size, or dislike of the product), the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Depending on the country and courier, we may either arrange a pickup or provide the address where the parcel has to be shipped back. Where we purchase a prepaid return label on your behalf, the cost of the label may be deducted from the final refund.
6. Cash on delivery (COD) orders
For cash on delivery orders, payment is collected by the courier at the time of delivery. Returns are accepted only after the order has been delivered and paid.
- If a COD order is refused at the door without prior notice, the order is treated as a cancelled shipment. In this case no payment is taken and no refund is due.
- Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in restrictions on future cash on delivery orders.
- When a paid COD order is returned and approved, refunds are issued by bank transfer or store credit after the returned item has been inspected.
7. Damaged, faulty or wrong item
If a product arrives damaged, not working as expected or different from the item ordered, contact Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery.
- Keep the original packaging and all included components.
- Provide photos or a short video showing the damage or issue.
- Our team will confirm whether a replacement, repair or refund is the most appropriate solution.
In these cases, DiscountzPark covers all reasonable shipping costs and ensures that you receive either a fully functional replacement item or a refund of the purchase price.
8. Refund methods and timing
Once the returned items are received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming the approval or rejection of the refund. When approved:
- Purchases paid by card or other electronic methods are refunded to the same payment method used at checkout.
- Purchases paid by cash on delivery are refunded by bank transfer or store credit, according to your preference and local availability.
- Shipping fees originally paid for delivery are refunded only when the entire order is returned due to our error (damaged, defective or wrong product sent).
Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after the returned parcel is delivered to our warehouse. The time before the amount appears on your account may vary, depending on your bank or card provider.
9. Exchanges
At the moment, we do not manage automatic exchanges. To receive a different product or a different variant, the original item must be returned following this policy. After the refund is processed, a new order can be placed for the desired item.
10. Warranty and legal rights
Some products are covered by a manufacturer’s or seller’s warranty. Warranty conditions, including duration and coverage, are described in the Warranty information available on this site.
This Return Policy does not limit any mandatory legal rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law in your country of residence.
